Earlier in her career, she worked in critical care, the operating room, and urgent care in leading Pittsburgh-area healthcare institutions. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and remains committed to fostering innovative, collaborative, and customer-centric cultures that drive sustainable growth and meaningful impact across healthcare and related industries.
