This year was extra special. Why? Because it marked the first time that Ntracts, Compliatric and MCN Solutions came together in person since joining forces earlier this year. We all convened in late August at the Ntracts’ HQ in Chattanooga, TN for several days of strategy discussions, meeting teammates (new and old), brainstorming sessions, games and lots of fun. Here are the highlights from the unforgettable week, and in case you missed it, read our press release announcing the acquisition of MCN Solutions.

All together now

Our full-day meeting brought everyone (and some sweet office dogs!) into the same room for new employee introductions, teammate recognitions, big-picture goals and a surprise sing-along or two during snack breaks. Executives also shared their vision for the future, aligning us around common goals and how, together, we can bring even more value to our clients and to the market. With our newly combined teams, it was truly energizing to see the momentum we’re building together.

Hackathon

Our product development team hosted a company-wide hackathon, where everyone was invited to pitch ideas, big or small, to improve the client experience. Teams formed, ideas took shape and presentations pitching their ideas to the company capped off an inspiring session. Beyond the fun and collaboration, every concept was rooted in one question: How can we make things easier and more valuable for our clients? This client-first mindset yielded some truly exciting innovations that we can’t wait to roll out.

Deep dives, bold ideas

Departmental breakout sessions gave teams the chance to dig into specifics, collaborate across functions and map out what 2026 and beyond will look like. To enrich those conversations, we welcomed guest speakers specializing in communication and building trust. Their insights reinforced our company values of seeking to understand—each other and our clients—and a commitment to continued growth.

Team building

The week wasn’t all work; we made plenty of time for building connections in and outside of the office. Evenings were spent sharing meals, giving teammates old and new a chance to get to know each other in a relaxed setting. One of the most popular activities was our tee-shirt swap—teammates brought shirts representing their home states (we’re fully remote!) and got to exchange them at random. It was a fun way to share pieces of home and leave with one-of-a-kind souvenirs. We also played Road Trip Trivia, a lively game that tested our knowledge of global destinations and landmarks. Whether it was swapping stories, shirts or trivia answers, each activity inspired connections that helped strengthen our team.

From the heart

We closed the week by making cards for hospitalized children. It was a simple but meaningful way to wrap up our time together, coming full circle by channeling our teamwork into service for others before heading home.

As we wrapped up in Chattanooga, what stood out most was the strength of our team—old friends and new colleagues coming together with a shared purpose, vision and plenty of energy for the road ahead. 2026 and beyond are already looking bright.
