Waffle-a-Thon Fundraiser

Ntracts’ leadership team has launched a “waffle-a-thon” fundraiser to acknowledge and celebrate the achievement of many internal goals, one of which is continuing our 3-year streak of reaching (and exceeding) 98% client retention, which is a direct reflection of client satisfaction.

The Challenge

The team was challenged with several goals, including: maintaining our client retention rate of over 98% for the third year in a row and maintaining our 100% successful implementation rate.

These achievements are significant as Client Retention Rate (CRR) is a direct reflection of client satisfaction (93% and above is considered a high rate) and a successful implementation assures clients are set up for continued success in reaching their CLM goals.

If the team achieves these and other goals by June 30th, David Paschall (Ntracts CEO) will sit in a Waffle House for 24 Hours.

Paying it Forward

To help us celebrate this and other achievements, we’re encouraging donations to local charities on a per-waffle-eaten bases (or as a flat amount). So far, our partners and team members have committed over $500 per waffle that David eats.

The in-person 24 hour waffle-a-thon will take place on Thursday, June 15th.
