Our job? Make your job a lot easier.
A software company born from a law firm has a different DNA; a passion to serve our customers with a desire to learn, grow, and stay ahead of the ever-changing regulatory and technological landscape. With the backing of Hall Render and the ideas and suggestions of our clients, Ntracts is truly a product driven by healthcare professionals for healthcare professionals.
The genesis of Ntracts started in 1987 when Hall Render, the nation’s largest healthcare law firm, wanted to add to the comprehensive services and solutions provided to their clients and created a program to assist with the management of their ever-growing number of contracts. Continuing to build and evolve the product throughout the ’90’s, Hall Render formally created Ntracts, LLC in 2007 so it could further refine the product into an industry-leading application. In the same year, the Ntracts product expanded to a SaaS product and has since grown to a full Enterprise solution.
Hall Render’s desire to Improve product offerings and the customer experience led to the addition of John Shane to the ownership structure of Ntracts, Inc. in 2016. With Hall Render serving as the cornerstone, under the leadership of Mr. Shane Ntracts gained the flexibility to develop as a more autonomous organization, better positioned to grow as a leader in the contract management marketplace.
“After three decades, it is safe to say that we are only scratching the surface of the opportunities that lie ahead, and we have each of our Ntracts’ clients to thank for the many contributions and Ideas that have made our contract management IT solution the best it can be.” John P. Ryan, President, Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, P.C.
In May of 2019, Ntracts announced the expansion of its executive team to include 3 healthcare technology veterans with a combined 50 years’ experience in the healthcare contract management and compliance industry. David Paschall will take the reigns as Chief Executive Officer, with John Riley as Chief Revenue Officer and Rebekah Sharpe as Chief Operating Officer. The team will join existing executives including John Shane (President). Ntracts is investing in the expansion of solution offerings, overall business development strategies, and the expansion of partnerships with industry experts in order to better service and advise their current and future health care clients.Watch the Video
